Terms of Service

By creating an account or using any part of the Blogpostr platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Blogpostr provides an AI-powered content generation platform that allows users to create blog posts, articles, and related written content using large language model technology. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with tiered plans as described on our pricing page.

Features and functionality may change over time. We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue features at our discretion, though we will provide reasonable notice for material changes.

To use the Service, you must register for an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password

• All activities that occur under your account

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 16 years old (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that provide false information.

Blogpostr offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

**Billing:** Subscription fees are charged to your payment method on the billing date. All prices are listed exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

**Cancellation:** You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to paid features until that date.

**Refunds:** We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law. If you believe you have been billed in error, contact billing@blogpostr.com within 14 days.

**Changes to Pricing:** We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at your next renewal date. If you do not cancel before the new price takes effect, you accept the new price.

**Unpaid Invoices:** We reserve the right to suspend access to paid features if payment fails. We will attempt to notify you before suspension.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, or that infringes any third-party rights

• Use the Service to create spam, phishing content, misinformation, or deceptive materials

• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, abuse free trial provisions, or create multiple accounts to gain additional free usage

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our software

• Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to access the Service without our written permission

• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code through the Service

• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written authorization

• Use the Service to violate the privacy, intellectual property, or other rights of any person

We reserve the right to investigate violations and terminate accounts that breach this policy.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate text content. Important limitations apply:

**Content accuracy:** AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any content before publishing or relying on it.

**Your ownership:** Subject to these Terms and the rights of third parties, AI-generated content created using your prompts is owned by you. You grant us a limited license to process your prompts and display generated content to you within the platform.

**No warranty of originality:** We cannot guarantee that AI-generated content is entirely unique or will not be similar to content generated for other users.

**Not professional advice:** Content generated by the Service does not constitute legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

**Prohibited inputs:** Do not submit confidential personal data, trade secrets, or any information you are not permitted to process through third-party AI services.

**Our IP:** The Blogpostr platform, including its software, design, brand, and proprietary technology, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without our written consent.

**Your content:** You retain ownership of the content, prompts, and materials you provide to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

**Feedback:** If you submit suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free right to use such feedback without compensation to you.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including:

• Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement

• Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Service

• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content generated by the Service

• That the Service will meet your specific requirements

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of implied warranties, so the above may not apply to you in full.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blogpostr and its affiliates, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill

• Damages arising from your reliance on AI-generated content

• Any damages exceeding the amount you have paid to us in the three months preceding the claim

These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain liability limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

**By you:** You may delete your account at any time from account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

**By us:** We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or any other conduct we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users. We will provide reasonable notice where possible except where immediate action is necessary to prevent harm.

**Effect of termination:** Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Jurisdiction], except where prohibited by consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence. EU consumers may use the EU online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

**Entire Agreement:** These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Blogpostr regarding the Service.

**Severability:** If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

**Waiver:** Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.

**Assignment:** You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights freely.
